Sawadee ka. Pad Grapow Aroi Mak

As always, I looooove interacting with digital frands! *I consider us friends 😉 So thank you, thank you, thank you for sending in your questions!

Do you have a “real job”? Yes! And, also, no. I work at an international school in Bangkok. It is probably the most interesting work environment I’ve ever been in, but that’s a whole other can-of-worms. My position at the international school is what funds my true passion…. TRAVEL BLOGGING! Teaching/working abroad in a 3rd or 2nd world country is the best way to travel (if you were wondering).

Do you speak Thai? Truth be told… a little (nit noi). I know enough to get around. And I wish I knew more! It is tonal and very confusing for me. The title above says: Hello, Basil Chicken is very delicious. Which leads to the next question…..

What’s your favorite food? I dunno if this is Thai food or in general? But for Thai food, I loooooove Pad Grapow Gai Kai Dao (basil chicken with egg on top). Best recipe from a local restaurant owner, here. BUT my favorite food in general is probably Italian! Specifically PIZZA! (Which, an IG request is to go to Ugly Delicious’ “Best Pizza” from Seirinkan Pizza in Tokyo coming soon!)

What’s the best way to travel comfortably in coach on a long flight (6+ hours)? This is a good one! Here is my suggested list of things to do and bring!
